Duties:

  • Install hardscape and softscape materials as per design specs.
  • Plant, prune, and maintain trees and shrubs.
  • Maintain annual and perennial beds and planters.
  • Install irrigation and water features.
  • Install drainage systems and retaining walls.
  • Install sod, decorative rock, mulch, and fabric.
  • Operate equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
  • Keep work vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
  • Perform weekly mowing, trimming, and edging.
  • Other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Valid US Driver License (highly encouraged).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more daily.
  • Skilled in operating equipment like skid steers and mowers.
  • Professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in mowing, landscaping, or hardscaping (preferred but not required).
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
